Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Work with General Contractors and Suppliers on build outs
• Work with Franchisors

Requirements:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Excel
• Bookkeeping skills
• Natural Project manager
