Assistant Manager / PIC Afternoon/Evening Shifts

A first time Assistant Manager starts as a Person in Charge (PIC) is on our Management track and helps oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager/PIC plays a major role in ensuring the store is ins exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a PIC your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive. A PIC would be in line to move up to further Management roles if interested. 

Shifts are primarily 2pm-9:30pm

Full-time PIC's and assistant managers are offered benefits, paid vacation, retirement funding, bonus pool potential, free food and more! Signing Bonus available; paid in increments 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year based on required criteria including meeting attendance.

Requirements:

• Ability to work a 40 hour week
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
