Assistant Manager

 Jimmy Johns is looking for an Assistant Manager! We are looking for someone to be a part of one of the fastest growing restaurants in the nation. We offer competitive pay with bonus incentives.

Job Duties:

-Responsible for 2-6 employees

-Control costs such as food and labor

-Set monthly, yearly, and weekly goals

-Lead by example

-Execute catering orders and provide freaky fast customer service

-Responsible for all daily functions in unit

Job Requirements:

-A positive attitude and the ability to be coached

-100% effort everyday

-Previous job experience

-Ability to spend 8 hrs on your feet and lift 40 lbs

-Must be 18+

-Reliable transportation

Requirements:

• Ability to work a 40 hour week
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
