General Manager

Jimmy John's is hiring an General Manager!

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll never be bored. You’ll be responsible for making sure our restaurant runs smoothly. You will make sure all employees are performing their duties and train them properly. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who loves people and helping them grow in their career.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ability to work a 40+ hour week
• Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
• Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
• Inventory and ordering
• Food safety
• COGs management
• Brand compliance
• Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
• Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
• Various other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Great leadership skills
• Previous experience as a restaurant manager
• Familiarity with restaurant management software
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a staff
• Available Tuesday - Saturday 6am - 3pm
