Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager.
• Ensure the store is in exceptional order and that employees perform their duties efficiently.
• Lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity.

Requirements:

• Availability: 3pm - 10:30pm (4-5 shifts per week).
• Ability to work 30-40 hours a week.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to establish priorities with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to offer opinions and recommendations for store improvement.
