Closing Shift Manager

Jimmy Johns is currently hiring a Closing Shift Manager in the Independence area. We are a fast paced environment and we are growing. We offer competitive pay with bonus incentives paid out every 4 weeks.

Job Duties:

• Control food and labor costs
• Lead by example
• Execute catering orders and provide "Freaky Fast" customer service
• Responsible for all daily functions in unit

Job Requirements:

• A positive attitude and the ability to be coached
• 100% effort everyday
• Previous job experience
• Ability to spend 8 hrs on your feet and lift 40 lbs
• Must be 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation
• Night and Weekend availability

Requirements:

• Ability to work a 40 hour week
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
