A great restaurant starts with a great General Manager. Someone who brings energy, sets clear expectations, and gets the team moving together—even when the lunch rush hits.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in their store, develops their people, and takes responsibility for the results. If you enjoy a fast pace, solving problems, and watching your team get better, we want to meet you.

What you’ll own

As General Manager, you’ll lead daily operations and help your store grow. That means:

• Build the team: Recruit, hire, train, and coach people who care about doing a good job.
• Lead from the floor: Work alongside your crew, keep shifts organized, and set the standard for speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and service.
• Know your numbers: Manage scheduling, labor, food costs, inventory, and waste. Understand what drives profitability and take action.
• Grow sales: Help turn first-time guests into regulars and support catering and local community outreach.
• Create accountability: Give clear direction, recognize strong performance, and address issues early.
• Develop future leaders: Train shift managers who can confidently run the store and support the team.

Who thrives here

You’re dependable, organized, and comfortable making decisions. You can coach someone through a mistake, handle a tough conversation, and keep your cool during a busy shift.

You follow through. When something needs attention, you take initiative and get it handled.

Restaurant management experience is preferred. Strong leadership, a willingness to learn, and pride in your work matter here.
