Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000+ per year
  • Additional Compensation: Attractive Monthly Bonus Scheme

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure top-notch quality in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food.
  • Strategically create weekly schedules and organize the crew to manage business effectively across various shifts.
  • Manage inventory orders and supplies, oversee delivery accuracies, and process invoices.
  • Accurately manage weekly payroll for team members.
  • Uphold the highest levels of guest service, addressing and resolving guest complaints efficiently.
  • Implement and maintain safety standards and sanitation practices.
  • Oversee proper cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting to the corporate office.
  • Provide continuous on-the-floor supervision to enhance line production and guest service.
  • Conduct ongoing training, coaching, motivation, and evaluation of team members; responsible for hiring and termination as needed.
  • Drive profitability and manage store reporting with precision.
  • Cultivate store leadership and prepare them for future career advancement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma is mandatory; some college education preferred.
  • Proven management experience.
  • Preferred management experience in the food service industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
