This Jimmy Johns is independently owned and operated under a franchise agreement with Chesterton Jimmy Johns LLC, franchisee of the Jimmy Johns system.

A Jimmy John's Assistant Manager leads store operations, focusing on customer service, high-quality food production (slicing, baking), and team management, typically earning $16.00 per hour plus monthly bonus. Key duties include running shifts, supervising 315 employees, and ensuring 100% compliance with systems and cleanliness standards.



In order to be a Manager at Jimmy John's, you'll need to be at least 21 years old, be able to work 40+ hours a week, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. Additional requirements include a clean driving record, reliable transportation, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle stress and resolve customer/employee issues, lead by example, follow instructions and franchise guidelines, great work ethic and fun spirited.
