Shift Leader/ Person in Charge(PIC)

Jimmy John's at 950 Buford Hwy in Cumming (exit 14 off 400) is hiring Shift Leaders. Shift Leaders help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Shift Leader plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently.  The Shift Leader must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a Shift Leader, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive. Experience preferred but not required. JJ's experience = more pay. Great environment and staff for training. Potential for bonuses and pay increases.

Requirements:

• Ability to work 3-4 LUNCH shifts per week with weekend availability, flexible scheduling
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, POS system
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
